When the World Cup comes to a city, the energy is impossible to miss. Field of Good by ELena Dolinski was born from a deeper conviction: that energy should leave something behind.
Field of Good brings together nonprofit organizations, community partners, sponsors, and leaders who believe impact should keep moving long after the event ends. For this first edition, proudly partnering with Joy Group and Latin House THRŌW Social Miami.
For its first edition, Nextra Labs joined as a strategic partner with a clear contribution: The North Star Workshop, donated to the ten Field of Good nonprofit partners.
The ten nonprofit organizations of Field of Good Edition One, each serving communities across South Florida and beyond, are the direct recipients of The North Star Workshop:
Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida · Amor Y Fuerza · Heartbeat of Miami · Mujeres Latinas Unidas · America Developing Smiles · Angels Reach Foundation · Miami SCORES · 10-8 InService · Todo Va a Estar Bien · Hijos de Morán
Why Nextra Labs joined Field of Good
Nonprofit leaders manage big missions with limited time, limited resources, and growing community needs.
Before choosing new tools, launching new programs, or adding technology, every organization needs something more basic: a shared direction everyone can understand.
That is where Nextra Labs chose to help.
The North Star Workshop helps each organization clarify its purpose, vision, goals, current initiatives, and next strategic actions. It gives leaders a shared foundation to make better decisions about programs, operations, people, partners, and technology.
Because the best technology strategy is built before technology is ever mentioned.
A practical contribution for Mission-Driven leaders
Through the workshop, each nonprofit receives a strategic alignment analysis, a foundation report, a directional roadmap, and clear next steps.
The process includes individual reflection, a facilitated alignment session, and a final debrief with practical findings.
The goal is simple: help each organization move forward with more focus, confidence, and direction.
Technology for Good starts with alignment
At Nextra Labs, we believe AI, automation, and digital systems should serve people first.
For nonprofits, that means technology should not add complexity. It should help teams save time, coordinate better, make clearer decisions, and scale their impact with intention.
Field of Good reflects that same spirit. Field of Good shows up, connects the right people, and turns community energy into lasting support.
A Partnership built on purpose
ELena Dolinski created Field of Good with a powerful belief: the good left behind depends on all of us.
Nextra Labs is proud to stand beside that vision by helping mission-driven organizations find their North Star before taking their next step.
Good ideas need care. Good missions need clarity. And lasting impact needs both heart and structure.
Comment from ELena Dolinski
"Field of Good was built on the conviction that the greatest sporting moments in history should leave something behind — not only in a press release, but in the hands of the people who need it most. Nextra Labs understood that from the beginning — and responded with exactly what these leaders needed most: not a tool, but a foundation. Through The North Star Workshop, they are giving ten mission-driven organizations the clarity to lead with more confidence, more alignment and more purpose." |

Comment from Josemaría Valdepeñas
"Field of Good is exactly the kind of initiative Nextra Labs wants to support. Real impact starts with clarity, not with tools or technology. The North Star Workshop gives these ten organizations a shared foundation to make better decisions about where they're headed and how to get there. We're proud to stand behind ELena's vision, and behind every leader doing this work." |
